craigers99 Member Joined: May 2001 Posts: 91 Cleveland, Ohio	I have a user that would like to answer a call when he is already on his line. For example if a call comes in & he's already on the phone he wants a second line to ring or have an audible alert tone so he can pick that call up and put his current one on hold. If he doesn't answer the new incoming call he wants it to ring into his CP mailbox after a specified amount of rings. Is this possible? I think in other systems it's called delay ring. Here you can use the CFWD NA to his mailbox. But you have to make sure his extension is the only one that rings on the second line.
