Nortel 8x24 system using a Premier Music On Hold system for on hold music. The system lost power and I believe the system reverted back to the factory default of settings to tones. I need to change this back to accept music. Is this something that can be done from one of the phones or is connecting to the PBX required?

It's done from the phone in "Installer" programming. If you don't have access call someone in.

It can be done from a 2 line display with 3 softkeys.
it is in the Configuration (technician) side of programming.
