I need to have a call pilot 100 disconnect or say bye if a incoming caller does nothing. Using the AA, now if you do not enter a station it transfer to operator. Need it to disconnect the call no transfer. I can not find where you turn this off. I still need it to transfer to 221 if someone press 0

I never try this before but I think there is 3 steps involved: 1. No Attendant assign in the Table. 2. Operator should be not Active for Operator status in com. F982 and 3. Disable General Delivery MB in CP. 4. In the Company Greeting you have to say " to reach an Operator dial 221". You might need to clear entry for Internal extension in the System programming.

The alternate language (when you press 9)doesn't transfer to operator, it disconnects.
Knowing that, you could record your menu in the alternate language of the auto attendant, and in the AA features, set language to "alternate". Make sure that your primary language is the alternate one in the system properties(I suppose US is spanish), or else when people hear the auto prompts, they will hear it in spanish (uno momento, por favor!!)

It's true, Marv. Here in Québec, we set up most of our VM and CP with french as primary, and english as our alternate language. If you press 9 to go to alternate, and wait without pressing anything, there is a prompt and you get disconnected, instead of the usual transfer to the attendant. We were dumbfounded by that because we never tested it; who has pulse dialing anymore? It was brought up to our attention by one of our customer. Try it, you'll see!

I guess the engineers figured if you pressed 9 you must have TT dialing, but that's silly it should go to the attendant on ALT.
Have you tested the BCM for this?

I can't say for sure I tested it on the CP of a BCM, but I would lean toward yes, it does the same.
When, after testing quite a bit, we had to conclude it wasn't corrupted programming or a secret feature, we debated what could be the logic behind this. Nobody came up with a valid answer, and the closest we came to it was the same you proposed.
