i have a customer with a MICS 6.1 with a PRI and copper trunks. When they dial 911 they want to use the copper trunks. All other call go over on the PRI. Do I make a route for 9,911 then use a route(s) for all other calls and then use a scedule for the routes? Thanks for any help!

You'll need to build enough routes in order to circumvent any 91x prefix; all pointing to pri, and 911 pointing to the analog lines.

I'll delete the dial 9 dest(PRI) and replace it with any 91x dial out to the PRI route (001)except 911 which will go out on the pool A route(000). Thnks for the info!

Correct, create a destination code 911 and use route 000, absorb 0 digits. Then, create a 9911 destination code, use route 000, absorb 1. As a precaution, create another dest. code 8911, route 000, absorb 1.
Cops should show up shortly after testing.
