I have a 0x32 with a strange problem. I have 3 extensions that do not give you dial tone in the handsets, unless you disconnect the handset cord from the handset and re-connect. Changed everything, phone, handset, cord, even went as far as changing DN's. Any ideas??

Do these phone sets have headsets on them? Did they have headsets at one time? I've seen handset cords plugged into the headset jack and strange things happen.

Make sure you have at least One Intercom button assign to it.

All three phones have 2 Int. buttons and no, none have ever had head-sets on them.

what happens if you connect the phone right to the block? you may have an issue with the wiring.
Another thing you could try is doing a set copy from a good working phone to the bad ones.

I had similar problem yesterday. No Audio from handset. Had to move to different port. I think Reset would help but couldn't do it during business hours.

I have tried both of those ideas. Re-set cabinet 3 times and changed ports. Could this be a problem on the back plane?
