For those of you that do sell &/or install Nortel,,, what percentage of your business is "NEW" equipment, compared to "Refurbished" equipment?

Depends on the client. I typically give them options. If they're on a budget, I recommend refurb cabinet, new software, new cards and refurb phones.

Mostly for us, new customers want new equipment. Existing customers want refurb.

On the customer end, almost all of the equipment we purchase is "refurb".
