I have a Notel CICS 7.1, I am unable to transfer to an outside number.
While on a call I press transfer, dial 9+phone number. But before I can complete this it says 'transfer denied'
What do I need to enable in order to do this?

Try and allow Redirect in Capabilities Setup lines in a Route. Transfer to route # (i.e. 9)

Allow redirect worked... but that was only half. Also needed to change lines to supervised. would not let me otherwise.

That should have been programmed by the installer when the system was installed.

If you know and allow to change Programming you can change that in Lines settings.
