I have A cics 6.1 with 6 telco line and just notice that line 5 & 6 do not disconect properly

I programed the line for supervised and when I got out of program they changed back to unsupervised

I remmber this problem from another job and what I did was use the copy line feature and that seams to have made the program stay but lines 5 & 6 still do not disconect properyl
do I need to reboot the system for this to work

Thanks

djohndi

Are you sure you are receiving disconnect supervision on lines 5 & 6 from the service provider?

Are you sure you're programming the correct line numbers - L25 & L26 (or is it L31 & L32 on v6.1?)

There should be no need to reboot the system.

Other way around, VAD. This is a CICS, Not MICS.

Toner may have it. It is a common mistake.

Just had the same issue with a MICS with 7.0

Disconnect Supervision wasn't turned on the Telco Lines
