One of our remote locations needs to have an additional POTS line installed for their phone system (rollover line). If I punch that incoming line down to the line 2 portion of the phone system block, will incoming calls rollover to that line or does that programming need to happen at the CO?

Telco has to put that 2nd CO line into the hunt sequence.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?
