We received a call from a customer who has a BCM50 and their Call Pilot is down. Their current vendor went to site and said the BCM50 base unit will need to be replaced. they did say they hvae re-booted the system but VM will not come back up. Has anyone run accross this before?

You could go into services and try to restart the cp service.
Otherwise possible vmail corruption or hard drive issue. The vendor should call Nortel to be sure.

If you have a back up of the system you can do system default(leval 2 reset). Then do a system restore.
