Been awhile, try 192.168.110.10
Check mailbox 100 and 102 (or 1000 and 1002)to make sure there is no messages in them
Also check and go though all mailboxes, delete any that are not needed.
Sounds like the total allowed is full.
When was last reboot?

Reboot? ...never, since installation/replacement 2 yrs ago.
Could it be as simple as a reboot?
model and release in prior post was actually read off of take-out NAM, because I have it here at shop.
I replaced it 2 yrs ago with this NAM below, which is now says to callers "no space for messages":
LABEL 1 *TMRI 10298* SPP 102 APPLICATIONS MODULE II 3.0,10A 01000016747 MODEL 6
LABEL 2 [W/BARCODE - 41R57180785] NT5B74RF-93 R0681493 03/31/93 VM 3.0 MOD 2MS
Presently no messages can be recorded on any 40+ VM boxes in use.
Also, went to site today and discovered this installed/replacement NAM [above] has no network card/port present. It does have a card with 2 RJ11 jacks.
Is it as simple as removing the network card from the uninstalled NAM, and inserting it into a blank slot in the installed NAM?
Network card label: NNTM040B6RSB MFG 980220 NTBB80AA REL 01B 9908
Extensions & VM are 4 digit beginning with 2000
Thank you for help - much appreciation for your ideas.

MB 1000 is defaulted General Delivery MB. It's full and wont allow any Messages in any MBs. Go in and delete all MSGs.

Baycom: CurlyCord and Vad60 are correct about the Gen Del mail box. Sometimes the General Delivery Mail Box does not get assigned to a phone. So no one ever sees "Msg for you". That mail box probably has a couple thousand msgs.
Once you delete all the messages, you need to do one of these: 1) Assign that mail box to a phone and someone checks msgs. 2) Disable the GD mail box, since no one is using it. 3) Assign someone the responsibility to check for msgs at least once per day if not more.
Because it is the Gen Del mail box, you must delete every single msg, one at a time. OR reinstall the software and start from scratch. It should only take a couple hours to delete each msg.

Thank you so very much - that sounds like a logical fault and direct fix. Gen Delivery mailbox would then be number 1000 0r 1002? All extensions are 2000, 2001, 2002, ...etc. I hope I can locate that general del box.
This nam is a replacement from 2 yrs ago. The take-out does have an ethernet card. Can I easily move this ethernet card over to the installed nam?
Is there a web interface in mics vm similar to Call Pilot?

Gen Del = 1000 System = 1002
For programming AA & Mail Boxes, you use the the phone.
I do not believe that the LAN (ethernet card) connection will do much for you. You can't use it to program mail boxes or AA. (someone will correct me if I am wrong) Only the Call Pilot has that interface.

I have checked: 1000 - gen del - 0 new 0 saved 1002 - sys mgr - 0 new 0 saved
Press REC soft key on either = display reads 'out of space'
Can one user mailbox max the system and cause 'out of space'?
Thank you for help JW

On a Call Pilot - Even though it has about 15 min of message space, the mail box will still accept messages until the whole thing is full. It could 100's of messages if they never get deleted.
I can only assume that the NAM does the same thing.
When a mail box is full (normal full) the user cannot record-a-call, cannot record a message to send to another user, cannot accept messages from other users. But outside users can still leave a message.
Sound like you have one mail box somewhere - OR - you have a problem with the NAM.

Is there a class of service setting that would limit every mailbox to a fixed amount of memory so that the system is shielded from total failure like the situation is now?
Could this 'no more space' condition be a symptom of another problem. The receptionist did delete a user name and mailbox of a user recentely terminated. She reports the "out of space" problem began around that same time.
Thank you for help/ideas-
