I walked her thru how to do the time settings. she called back a few days later and said the time was still the same. Last week I had her power down. That did not do it. The time display does not advance. Any body have any ideas as to what is going on?

Startup=Perform startup procedure and reprogram from GO. Suggest taking lots of notes prior to this option. Edited for clarity.
