I have a customer that said "someone tried making conference calls from my phone, and somehow left both lines as if someone is still on the phone. It has now been a few days since this happened and I’ve tried cancelling or releasing those lines but the phone still indicates those 2 lines are still being used" She also said that she tried calling the lines and they are both busy and that she has tried unplugging her phone. Any thoughts??? I'm going there on Friday to check it out...

Also make sure disconnect supervision is turned on for the lines.

Thanks for the advice. I'm not familiar with disconnect supervision. How do I turn this on?

It's within the Installer section of programming. You'll need Installer access for this.

Thanks for the advice everyone. I actually just wound up disabling and then re-enabling the DS card. That reset all the lines.
