I have a CICS 4X16 phone system with M-7324 phones i have not work on this system before it is going in my house. I need to know what the pin out is starting with white/blue, blue/white. Does the first phone punch down there. Any help would help me out. Brad

White blue is ext 221 or 21 depending on software level. White orange is 222 or 22 and so on. The amp plug on the KSU with the phone symbol is for your extensions. The other amp plug on the KSU with the telephone pole symbol is for your lines. White/blue line 1 White/orange line 2, skip 2 pairs, White/slate line 3 Red/blu line 4...

I strongly suggest that you get your hands on a manual.....you're going to need one.

Somehow, this just strikes me funny. My Nortel manual has the pinout instructions on page 90 or so under installation. At the very minimum, the first 16 pairs are 16 extensions. The wiring for the trunk cable is right after that and it's 2 pairs skip 2 pairs and 2 pairs for the first 4 CO's. Pretty basic and memorable.
You'd better read more of the manual before you have to post again.

Sorry for the fun post. I thought this board was for help. I konw may way around a nec but not the CICS. So after I read the hole manual I hope I don't have any questions. Brad
