Had a customer with a MICS lose the main cabinet and a secondary at the same time. Replaced and reprogrammed everything and want to strangle the previous programming, nothing is near to the default.

Anyway, they have a Call Pilot 150 and are using the call center agent to drive callers to a queue and when pressing 2 an inbound caller hears "that extension is not available". I put that in quotes, but that's a paraphrase. The CDN is set to 350, which doesn't exist in the system to my knowledge, but I'm not sure that matters. I've never used this feature before.

For some reason the DN would not rebuild as 350. Rebuilt it with 330 instead and everything works.
