Hello Group! It's been a while. I have a BCM50 3.0 software that has an issue I've come across before. The ACD locks up after it runs for a week or two. The customer calls and says that the agent isn't getting calls and when they try to use the make busy key or perhaps the log-in to log-out and back in they get a message like "Set in use". I've seen this before on another one of my sites and I know I resolved it with applying patches. Any ideas as to what patches I need? Please let me know. Thanks!

I'd like to know where to get these patches too. I have a login to the Nortel site, but all the downloads were for the BCM50 version 5 or 6 software.
