I have aquired a BCM 400 and I do not know the Ip address or Password I have tried using both lan ports and the Serial port to connect and have had no luck

Hire a qualified Nortel technician who can make changes on your BCM.

i would speak to whomever you acquired it from.... maybe they can assist or at least point you in the right direction.

I am a Qualified Technician .I mostly work on the MICS & CICS I dont get to work on the BCM 200/400 .I bought this system becuase the price was right and I wanted to become more familiar
with this.
I was able to in thru the Serial Port got the ip addresses of the lan ports now I am in the only thing I need is the pass word for the call pilot
I will probably have to call the person I bought it from

If you already work on MICS/CP then you probably know how to password reset the CP. Just do the same on the BCM.
