I have a strange problem that I have never run into beofre.

I have a ICS 7.1 software with PRI. One of the great features that I tell users about is the forwarding externally. I have customers that use it all the time and have never had any problems.

My Problem is I have 1 customer who is having the following issue.

When someone calls from a Cell phone and calls a person who has the nortel phone forwarded to another Cell phone the caller gets ring no answer. If the caller calls from a land line it works every time. They are using Comcast Cable as the Service provider. They have had no other problems with them as a CLEC.

Any ideas???
