Customer has a MICS 6.0 and CallPilot that was upgraded to 3.1. The problem is that the AA plays the closed greeting during open business hours. I have checked all settings and cannot find an issue. I have even reset the CallPilot and it will fix the issue for a short time. Has anyone seen this?

I'm sure you checked the greeting table times? Make sure they are correct, so that the morning greeting actually is set to play between 8 AM and noon, for example. Sometimes its the little things that get you.

Yes, all that has been checked. We just recorded 1 greeting for both day and night.
