BCM 450 can anyone point me in the right direction when an ext rings how do I forward it to an external number

On the set, the user can just press Feature 4, then enter the the pool code + number to call.

No that would not work but i figured it out you have to go to capabilities and check allow redirect then I was able to put that in

You're right, I always forget about that part. Once you allow redirect, it works great.
