I just had a system installed (Norstar and Callpilot 150) and have a very simple auto- attendant menu; Home and press 7 for Info menu.
Problem: the info menu is set to go back to home after announcement but it disconnects instead.

The manual specifically states that each Mailbox and Information node must have a destination, the choices being Previous, Home, and disconnect.(Callpilot Manager Set up and operations guide, Oct 2006, page 82, Destination section).

Other forum messages say it is supposed to because no action on the callers part is supposed to disconnect, but that is not what the manual says.

I have tried a power cycle and it remains the same.

So how come this won't go back to home?
System is Voice Mail Version: 30.00.75.22

Upgrade to 3.1 and see if fixes....3.0 can be buggy and was not out long.

The installers did an upgrade of the Callpilot 150 to Voice Mail Version: 31.10.14.22, but it still has the same problem of not sending the info node back to home after completion of the message (announces it is exiting the system, then disconnects).
Any ideas?

31.10.36.22 is the latest as FYI

What version is the KSU?

Is Return To AA set to YES under AA/GRTG?

If this is corruption then you could try doing a reinstall and program from scratch.
This will wipe out all programming and hopefully any glitches.

I've seen that bug; didn't bother much with it as previous does the same thing if you have only one level of CCR.

A bit of possibly unrelated info; repeat is set to 1 in greeting table. I would expect that whenever this is pressed the announcement should start over again. Instead there is silence for a bit then announcement of "exiting the system".

Try Table 2 instead of 1 and test.

Our phone guy did a couple things while I was out, so I am not sure which fixed the problem. It seems that an Info Mailbox and Info Node are not the same thing, so the wrong one may have been initially used. They also completely redid the tree and recordings for the tree.
