just a thought for the masses wouldnt it be great to have a thred that always appered in the top of the board called here is how answers to every day questions could be placed in here then when the question is asked we could link to the here is how section that covers the question things like how to set call fwd or how to setup a v/mail system as an answering machine on a kxta as i said just a thought

Peter I have a thought as well. Users (not installers) that want info that is beyond a User manual, be suggested to hire a Tech.

some times it in the manual but the user cant understand but i would aggree the act of setting up a v/mail form start to finish for a user is pushing the bounds a bit. in these cases it could cause problems on a site because we are relaying on the user to be our eyes and we dont get the full picture also maby there should be a disclaimer on the reply section
