Our TVP 100 will only allow about a 15 second greeting on the mailboxes. I beleive its possible to increase this - if so how?
I'll cry if it needs the dealer software because I've had them on site for the last 4 days adding extensions and reprogramming the system. We've now got remote access but I guess that doesn't apply to the voicemail?

You can access the voice mail with HyperTerm Use a NULL modem cable and 9600, 8, N & 1 with no flow control. If the baud rate has been changed, turn the TVP off, set the rotary switch to 1 and reboot it. You should also be able to do this through the system managers mailbox, 999 Log into it and go into COS, this is where you increase the greeting length. I'm told the TVP, (the UK version) is similar if not the same as the TVS, (the US version) MrG.
