Download it from the Panasonic site.

Works good --- looks just like the book on PC programming.

It is not a certified product so the site is available to everyone. To be honest, I didn't download it, my associate did. He likes programming via laptop, works okay, gives a good backup, BUT , on this small of a system I can program it with a phone while he gets his laptop out of the truck and hooks it up. I'm done about the the time it boots and the down-up load starts. This doesn't include the time he spent setting the program up in the shop. [Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]

You might check with Mr G about the website.

We just got an 824 for an install, it came with a CD that has the manuals and the PC program. The program requires an "Installer" User + Password. Anyone care to PM me with the goods?
