Lines 1-3 are main & go to AA.

Line 4 is Private & rings only to x104. I want it to go to BOX 104 if there is no answer. Call Forwarding at the station level works fine.

Tried:
Delay Ring to VM Pilot goes to main AA.
DIL to 104 just rings forever.
Normal Key ring on 104 just rings forever.

There was some trick to it, that was not in the manual... I thought it had something to do with "Slide Ring", but I can't figure out how to point it to VM.

forward Ext 104 to the voicemail pilot port under B/NA.
It should go into the mailbox.

The Call Forward ID and Destination are set and works at the station level (ext to ext).

I thought on the 576 there is no Permanent Call Forwarding in system programming. Where exactly are you referring to "B/NA"?

Forward them to your Call Forward ID code of the VM
Example:

On/Off
CF ID Code (default is 715)
Enter your ID code
Hold
On/Off

The CFWD ID codes and CFWD destination are already done in FF8.

When I call x104 from another ext it rings 5 times then goes to BOX 104. This tells me that the ID codes and destination are working.

But if I call the CO that rings on x104 it never goes to VM at all. Just rings forever.

Got it.

Remove MCO/FF key ring, remove all delay ring, and just set CO to DIL x104.

Double checked FF8, I was wrong there are permanent B & NA CFWD settings.
