I'm looking for information --- supposedly this system will only allow 8 conversations at the same time when the cell is used. True or False?

Also, can only their cell sets be used?

Dependability? User friendly? Panasonic doesn't seem to want to talk about this system. How about you guys and gals that have them in service?

Thanks in advance,

KLD wink

You can have 2 conversations per cell and a max of 4 cells. So yes that means 8 calls.
I have had the system for about 1 year and it is very dependable. Pc based program is very easy to use and it has help files built in.

That would be correct only two within the range of the each cell station. I am courious about the layout wishes. Does EVERYONE in your office NEED a cordless phone? Do they need full feature button funtionality so they can answer see, answer, transfer different lines? Or will they only be accepting calls transferred to thier workstations? If the latter is true, then get regular proprietary desk phones, and buy regular cordless phones from Office Depot or Staples, and run them parrallel off the same extension jack. This is a cheap and effective way for someone to tell the caller to hold-on while they put them on cordless! Just try one station first to see if you like it...JB

youcan put cell bases close enough so all can be active at the same time. Go to TDA 100 and each base supports 3 calls and up to 16 bases per card. TDA 50 supports eight 2 channel bases.
