how do i disable the voicemail "chirp" on the kx-t7680/90 ? using with kx-taw848/tva50. this is annoying.

no...when a voicemail is received, an envelope icon is lit on the kx-td7680/90 and the phone makes a brief audible "chirp" sound. i would like to disable the chirp.

That's the only thing I can think of. If it's set you will be sent an alarm when a caller is in there, other then that I don't know what would be making it chirp, not really sure if the alarm is a chirp or not, you could disable it on your box and give it a test to be sure.
