Happy new year guys. I have a TVA50 in DPT with a TAW848. I use the caller id service on the tva 50 to direct certain numbers to certain custom services. I understand that the order of the numbers is relevant in determining how calls are handled. My question is: when I add a new number, how do I move it to a certain spot in the list? Presently the new number is added to the bottom and I don't know how to move it up in the order, or move other numbers up or down within the list. I'm sure it's just a certain mouse click I haven't found yet that would let me drag and drop without having to recreate the list when I want to add a number in a higher slot than the last one. (The last slot is a wildcard so I always need it on the bottom of the list.) Thank you.

You cannot move them around. The only option you have is to change the one already in the list to the new one and add the old to list and it will go to the bottom or delete and recreate. This is how Panasonic dealt with this problem. In the old TVS50 when you added a number it went directly to the correct location by number. The new TVA50 does not do this.
Example if you have a number 7 plus wildcard and you want to add 7231234 You need to modify the 7 wildcard to be 7231234 and then add 7 Wildcard back into the system. This way 7231234 is looked at by the system before the 7 wildcard number.
This is what I do and was told to do by Panasonic support.
