Howdy it seems that since I put my Portable Stations (3 7690's and 1 7680) into a PS Ring Group on my TAW848, the individual PS extensions aren't logging answered calls, yet the icd group log works fine and the ps's can acces the group log fine. it's just when a call is answered by a specific PS, it doesn't show up on that individual ps call log. Any ideas? Thank you. :shrug:

If the call was directed to the group it should be in the group log. If directed to the specific PS ext then it should be in the PS log.

the taw848 logs unanswered icd group calls in the group log. if an incoming call is picked up at an extension, the call is then logged in that extension's call log.
this used to be the case until i put the ps's in a ps ring group. what gives?

Was it properly initalized before install? All of our cell systems we just put PT in std incoming ring group.
