why ?

I get T&M for the install and dont have to be concerned if it dosnt work or how long it works for.

he did a buy it now on ebay monday , he sent the seller a extra $25 to ship overnight . the seller never responded untill yesterday and shipped it today so it will be in after 3:00 on fri. :rolleyes:

glad I wasnt the one responsible for VM being down all week

I can just see you go through this big song and dance get it working and
you lay a bill on the guy and a week later
it crashes and your customer says "oh you
must have not done something wrong and you
you get into a dispute on your bill for labor.... at least if you walk in there
with a harddrive that has a warantee on it
you at least have a fall back if it crashes
I guess if you make it clear that you are not
going to guarantee that it will last befor you start then your ok but believe me i've done the
whole t and m thing and it comes back to haunt you.

i have the same problem i have replaced the hard drive and i am having problems still (not the same one) voicemail calls cut off, MWI not coming on, not able to get into voicemail. so is there a defrag or scandick i can do to verify it is doing it or should i expect this from any tvsxxx ? this is a tvs200, 4 port
help!!

where did you get the HD?? Is the software on HD compatible withn the hardware you have??

customer bought the Harddrive off ebay for 120.00 got it in , it came right up when I installed it I programed it . next morning (yesterday) it was dead (it ran less than 12 hours)

he contacted the ebay seller who is overnighting him a replacemant which should be here tommorrow .

kmtech on the whole I agree with you , I do have a long history with this customer and he has confidence in my ablitys .

the fix for your problem is to have tech support dial in and do there magic ... they make it so
you have to dial a 1 6 to end recording some
older versions of the tvs had serious talk off issues.(talk off is the ablity for a person to hit
certain touchtones with there voice and we know what a touchtone one will do stop recording command.
