Intermittently, panasonic door phone does not ring phones, happens quite a bit. We have replaced w/ a new door intercom, and changed pair going to doorphone card. ???

How many phones are set to ring when someone presses the doorphone? If only one and they are on the phone when someone presses it you will have a problem unless you have call waiting turned on. Also are the same extensions programmed to ring in both Day and Night mode? Make sure the system isn't accidentally getting set into night mode. Walk up to any Display phone in the system and press # (do not pick up the reciever) just press # the display will tell you momentarily if you are in Day or Night mode.
