I have a customer with KX-TVS50 Vmail, the don't have any info or PASSWORDS for it. HOW CAN I LOGIN OR RESET THE PASSWORD WITH OUT TO RESET THE VOICE MAIL PROGRAMM. Any help will be great.

You will have to either default the unit or put an external modem on it and have Panasonic reset it.

Hi, I have the same issue. Can you help? I'm ok to default the unit... (specifically the TVS50). I can log-in via the serial unit and HyperTerminal, but noone has the admin password anymore to save any settings....
Also, how do I know if it has the latest up-to-date software (and how do I update it if it doesn't)?
