I can't seem to figure out how to change the general delivery mailbox's greeting. Can anyone please enlighten me?
I login to mb 998, but it does not seem to be in the menu.

"Welcome to the general delivery mailbox" is prompt 818.
"Please leave a message at the tone" is prompt 416
"To end recording, hang up or press 1 for more features", prompt 668
If you need more these and more modifiable prompts are in the end of the manual.

When I install tva50's, I like to avoid having any calls ending up in mbox998, i usually create a phantom mbox for the general and put a button for that mbox on someone's phone so it can be checked, that way you don't have to worry about those prompts or logging in to 998 to check messages.
