TVA 50:
I have a customer who has 2 female clients that are being cut-off while leaving a message. My personal experience in the past has proven that talk off occurs usually with female voices & usually the systems think they are hearing the dtmf for the * key. I can't figure out how to disable the star key in the PCS mailbox settings, any ideas PLEASE? TIA

How long does it take before they are cut off? Does the system come on and say "Thank you for calling" or are they just disconnected immediately?

the time varies between 20 to 40 seconds, the system tells the caller, "TYFC". I have the timers in the Mbox COS maxed out BTW

ck the rev on that TVA there is a patch for cutoffs!!

I did a tda 100/tva 200 upgrade 2 years
ago from a td 1232 and a tvs 200 and the tva 200
sat on the wall for a year ( massive cutoff /talkoff issues)untill that patch came out let me know if that solves your problem...
