Voice mail not answering, power light blinking. Try to replace unit with TVS125 same issue. can talk to the data base via laptop, but can not get system to answer via ext. check prg 117/118 ok. any ideas?

Power light blinking says it is NOT communicating with the KSU.....got the VM ports programmed? :shrug:

Since it's unlikely you have two bad VM boxes, my guess is that you skipped a few installation steps. I didn't see you mention 119 and it, along with another command, is the key to integration.
Check out the Voice Mail Integration section of the Voice Mail manual and follow all of those steps.

the telephone system was not talking, reset and cleared pair and now the system is talking. intilized the vps but now when I access #6*998 recording says you can not access. I'm I missing something in program. used the setup screen.

Did you leave the cable connected to the TVS? If so, disconnect it. BTW, you did see a "dpits established" on the screen after the auto test when rebooting with the laptop connected.

125 has security on admin boxes. you must allow phone access to 998 and 999 via PC. Must log off pc connection to access 998 or 999 via phone.

the customer had the system set up previously to copy msg from general delivery to other mb., also would like to copy mb 190 to other mb. also need to set up option 1 off greeting to play info of ext. for employees and allow for callers to transfer as soon as they hear the number, any ideas???? thanks

Copy and moving of messages is in COS of mailbox. As for emp directory just go into custom service you are using and make whatever digit you want to use go to another Custom Service, recorda a list of names and ext numbers, allow a digit to repeat and preface the list with "You may dial the extension number a soon as you hear your parties name and extension."
