i know this is a silly question but who has 32 phones ringing off the the hook unless this is a household!

It's a real estate agency, so it's almost a household. The ringing is silent for most of the extensions. But the owner wants this to be done this way and I have to find a solution to the problem.
As the TDA30 is full, all extensions used. The next step for him is to upgrade to TDA100 or some VoIP solution. If he upgrades to TDA100 I have to solve this anyway, as the ICD groups of the TDA100 only holds 32 members.

94astro, you are right. Ask Tech support for remote login and ask them to change this setting.

Well the customer is upgrading to TDA100, hopefully before the end of this year. So I think I'll wait with the ICD group changes until then.

Sorry but I forgot to post the solution to this problem. It is possible to change this using "sales company" level. Then under menu 3.5.3 there is a field that is marked "128 Extensions for ICD groups". Just check "enable".
