We have a specific application where some of our clients would be best-served with random, outbound CO line selection rather than low -> hi or hi -> low line selection.
Our initial review indicates that it's not possible. Anyone have creative work-arounds?

Check your manuals again. There is Circular hunt available with ARS.

In the trunk group settings you have high to low or low to high and rotation options.
