Is there anything that will need to be added to the system to make it functional for this (other than the obvious upgrade from our telephone provider) CraigC

FixPhones Member Joined: Apr 2007 Posts: 38 Macon, Georgia	You will need: 1. Model # KX-TD193 4 circuit caller ID add-on board for KX-TD816 (1 card required for every 4 CO lines) 2. A tech to install it.
