Are there other Panasonic phones that are compatible with this KSU besides what is listed in the Installation Manual?

Thanks,

Yep, VA412 or 614 phones will work on a limited basis, but they are hard to find these days. They have been discontinued for nearly 20 years.

No, not that I know of, and I've been selling Panasonic for 20 years

Until today, I've never tried to put a 412/614 phone on a VA-824.

I have now.
They don't work frown
I was able to get CO buttons to light, but that was it. No call functionality whatsoever.

IIRC, The VA412/614 was disconinued in 1988, replaced with VA309/824/1232 which only lasted a year or two before being replaced by the VB (DBS) systems.

I may not have made myself clear, or maybe I did and I don't understand.

I have a VA-824 KSU. I have about a dozen VA-12020 & 12021 phones and a couple of VA-12022 display phones with it.

Are any other model phones that are easy to get on E-bay or someone's back shelf in the shop compatible?

Thanks.

No.
The only other phone that will work with that system is the va-30920, which is a 3 line phone and is even more difficult to find.
