I am trying to program by KX-T7425 and can't figure it out. I bought this unit used and none of the button are programmed anymore please help. We have a Panasonic D816 phone system.

do you have the operators manual for
the KX-TD look under flexible buttons
if you needed a specific type of button i'dd
post it but there is a wholepage of info on flex buttons.

The transfer button on the 7425 is pre set on the telephone on the bottom row right key
the bottom row is from the left intercom,conf,fwd/dnd, program,pause,transfer

sounds like the phone is shot those are fixed
keys.

Check for other keys stuck down. other wise as Jojon said it is shot
