We have a customer w/ a KX-td1232 v4 and TVS200. I have been taking care of their system for years and never ran into this:
Someone noticed when they put their extension in DND, voicemail will not cover. If FWD B/NA is set voicemail covers. So I dialed Int 7100 to clear FWD B/NA, then dialed Int 7105165 as I normally do. Now the FWD/DND button will only cycle between no light or a flashing light.
Any ideas on the the button and/or the DND voicemail coverage?
Thanks.

710+1= DND (light steady on);
710+5+165= FWD to voice mail (light flashing);
710+2+165= All Call FWD to voice mail (light flashing;
710+0= Cancel all (no light).
It is true that if DND is activated, then forwarding is canceled. There isn't a way to have both of them active at the same time.
It would be best to change to "all call forward" rather than using DND. This way, they still won't be disturbed and voice mail will immediately grab their calls.
