Hello all,
I am struggling with ISDN remote access to KXTDA.
I have set this up in the past using a Hayes Accura ISDN TA (recommened by pana tech support UK) and it all worked fine.
I have discussed this with my current supplier and they have said that any TA can be used.
I am now trying to set it up with a DIVA USB ISDN Modem and I am having a lot of trouble.
I can dial numbers with the TA using it's own software but when I try to dial into a system with the maintenance console or the Unified PBX new console it will not dial out.
Is there still a specific TA/modem that is required or am I missing something?
Your help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Panavaya, you have to have a capi isdn modem. I use the diva 852 t/a connected to my com port. to use the modem on panasonic or siemens the capi driver has to be enabled
“I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.”

Does anyone have any experience of using a USB TA?
Panasonic have told me that the only specifications they have is that CAPI is enabled.
The management tool for the modem tells me that it has CAPI 2.0 for XP.
Any thoughts?
