I have a customer who has three of these phones and says that they are all displaying that they are locked. I can't remember what is required to unlock them. Does anyone know what the procedure is to unlock them? Thanks.
(Note: I seriously doubt that they have used station lock on the KX-TD816 system).

Hold down the Function key, very bottom left of phone for a few seconds.
