We have a Panasonic KX-NCP1000, and have the installer password. We have the Unified Console v5.1.3.3, but when we try to connect to the IP and port using the installer password, we get:
E000012 - The program is not installed correctly.
Do we have a version mismatch? Am I missing something obvious?

I don't know for sure on this one , on the tda and tva programming
i found it to be problems with the proper driver's and / or the computer os involved

you mean 5.1.2.3 there isn't a 5.1.3.3 or did you get the euro version of the console from some where?

Call whomever you bought it from.
This is dealer only software. Only help on this should be to a dealer in the Installer section.
