What happens when you dial 81 or 82 instead of 9?
Did you look at program 405-407 for line 3 and turn it off for ext 108?

You need to sit down with the Features manual and the Programming manual and read panasonics basics.

Either that or swap your line one or two for line 3 position three and don't read the manual!

Gee people this is simple, put all three lines in Trunk group 1. Dial 9 will now grab the first line in the trun k group connected to co1, then if busy, to line 2 then if boith 1&2 busy, line 3.

The only dumb question is the one you don’t ask as that is the question that can make or break you. Brad

hey real, did you try it or are you just guessing? My 824 selects from top down, so I'll bet yours does too. The only small system I can remember that didn't was the TD-308 and the entire TD family. You selected the order the trunks seized.
