TY brokeda, SD card loaded with V3 will not load, that is the first step, the system will not load.
I have downloaded fresh V3 SD card firmware from Panasonic Dealer portal. I have flushed the SD card, I have used a different SD card, system will not load any firmware other than V1.
I actually have 2 MPR's same version, same result.

you were supposed to upgrade the v1.054 to a V2.0 before loading the 3.2 if you were look at tech note!

According to Panasonic "how to" sheet, Actually went to V1.1 first, it will not load.
I did not mention this because if you actually read the entire document like I did, it states that you should be able to load straight from V 1.1 to V3. It is actually V3 to V 3.2 that causes the problem, and I am having issues getting to V3 first.

If any one has some constructive advice other than "read your notes" would be greatly appreciated, if you have not had experiences with this level of firmware there is no need to give me your advice.
