Hello
I am trying to connect the system to a server with 3rd party software to enable screen popping using the CLI as the tag. I have altered the condition codes RC and AN to print is that all that is required or is there any additional steps in the CTI section that need altering. Am I correct in assuming that the USB connection is used for the output.

Don't ever assume when it comes to were you should read the tda manuals it does NOT come out of the usb port it comes out of the serial port there was some tapi tsp drivers but I never got any of it to work thru the usb port when you figure it out let us know how you did it ! There are plenty of devices out there that will convert serial to ethernet that makes smdr info available on the lan via telnet

the tda 15 for basic cti would need the external CA server connected to the system through the usb and ca client on each pc.
The tda 15/30 is not supported by panasonic any more so you would need the older version of the software and licences could be hard to get.

OBT, I thought CA only works on TDE & NCP systems (at least on US versions).
