HI I am programming a TDE100 and TVW 50 to install into an old folks home. They want to set an information mail box to inform the residences of upcoming events. I have set up a custom service mailbox 5. I know how to have it do outside access, is there a way for the house telephone to easily call and access the CS 5? There are a few telephones on site that I could program a on touch button but not sure how to make it ring directly to CS 5. Thanks for the help

I looked at setting a dummy ps and fwd to voicemail, if it does not have a mailbox it will play AA.

But because you said cs5 I presume you are using the AA on the unit already, you could play with tennents/cs.

but if using the AA already setup a mailbox for the dummy extension and make a personal AA on the mailbox for any options. uncheck leave a message options and set in Personal AA for no dtmf to disconnect
When you ring that extension it will answer and can be used as AA

Take a spare ICD number like 606 or 605 and direct it to 500. Then program CS5 as your info box.

Thanks for your input. I didnt understand how to make that that work. My voice mail pilot number is 580. I created a MB 199, in its customer service menu I enabled 5 to go to CS 5. I programmed a one touch button 580#61995. Wow it worked. Thanks for your input
