My company has a customer with a UNITe 400 v7.36. The cust is a foam manufacturer, and they have 5 Avanti extensions that have bad buzzing. one of these has been a problem child of ours(we have replaced phone, handset, handset cord, line cord, and I am preety sure we even replaced the card), but now others are acting up. They are on separate feeders, and separate cards on the system. I am onsite now and am going to eliminate the possibility of bad cable. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.

I would start by hooking up a jack right at the breakout, but I assume you are on site and doing that to eliminate wiring issues.

Apparently, none of the problems were related. The only one I could recreate was the problem-child extension. I got my Testar out and tested it at block, and found that it is a da*ned wiring problem, making this another pointless post. Sorry guys. I really appreciate the responses.
