Hey Guys,
This one is about to drive me crazy, I have an Ipex w/ on board 4 pt Emagen VM.
The VM Ver. 10.3.11, I have set the volumes to 0 as directed by Tech support. I have also set the Co lines to Very Long.
What is happening is when you call in sometimes you get the greeting other times you don't hear anything then it hangs up.
Now I have noticed that this will happen occasionally when you try to get into your VM by using the VM hunt group DN, also I have gotten the same result when I try to access individual ports on the VM. But there is no rhyme or reason. Sometimes a specific port will not respond and other times it will.
I don't know what to do next.. HELP

How old is the IPEX. If you got it 01/05 to 03/05 you might want to replace it. Make sure you got the 0.7 chip on the ipex with the new hex file on the E-magen. But I think that was only for DTMF reg. problem for the 4-CO/CID add on module. ------------------ Need cable or other voice/data hardware? Here's your link. </font> Tony Did you have a IPeX you needed to replace. Of the 30 I have in service 5 came from the time frame you have listed and have no problems with at all. And you being a Telrad Dealer and certified on the product I am sure you just called into customer service or Tech support and they advance replaced the IPeX. They had a problem, Some went out bad some went out good. If you haven't had a problem don't worry about it but I would make sure you got the 0.7 chip on so you can uprade the software. I had one out of about ten that went bad. But it went bad with in a day or two. But I never expersens the pproblem on this postit.
